The Department of Commerce was commenced in the year 2009. At present, the Department has two UG Programmes and one PG programme. The Department offers optional Computer Application and Finance &Taxation for B.Com Degree course and Finance for M.Com Degree course. Every year the department produces wonderful results at university level. Many of our former students serve as managers, accountants, auditors and teachers in various organizations in different parts of the world. The Department of Commerce consists of 12 teachers having good academic background and years of long experience, headed by Mr. Savad K A. Our principal Dr. Tomy Mathew M.Com, PhD a leading research guide of MG University extends his professional expertise and experience to our students, no doubt, an added advantage to the Department.
