On March 15, 2025, PGM College of Arts & Science, Kangazha, in association with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Extension Centre, Thiruvalla, successfully hosted a one-day Entrepreneurship Training Seminar. The event was jointly organized by the International Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Entrepreneurship Development Club, and the Department of Business Administration.
The training focused on creating awareness about entrepreneurship opportunities, government-supported schemes, funding options, and the practical steps involved in starting a business. The session aimed to encourage students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable and rewarding career path.
Ms. Anisha C T, a skilled Entrepreneurship Trainer, served as the resource person and led the session with clarity and enthusiasm. She elaborated on the significance of entrepreneurial thinking, government initiatives for youth entrepreneurs, loan procedures, startup policies, and how to access various support systems effectively.
The seminar also included interactive discussions, real-life success stories, and Q&A sessions, ensuring participants left with valuable insights and actionable information. The event successfully motivated students to explore the world of entrepreneurship with confidence and clarity.
