The cell was established in 2010 for promoting gender equality and gender justice in
all its intervention and practices. The aim of the cell is to enhance understanding of
issues related to women and to make the college campus a safe place for them.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated academic and non- academic matter within the campus.

 

DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE

The Discipline Cell promotes discipline and adherence to the rules in the college. The Committee will ensure that students maintain a peaceful atmosphere conducive to attaining their educational goals.

SEXUAL HARRASSMENT PREVENTION CELL

In-Charge: Ms. THRIPTHI RAMACHANDRAN (Assistant Professor)
The Cell deals with issues relating to sexual harassment in the college campus. It is applicable to students, staff and faculty. A complaint of discrimination or sexual harassment lodged will be addressed to the Convenor of the Committee.

SC/ST CELL

SC ST Cell plays a crucial role in promoting the welfare and interests of students and
staff from Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities. It facilitates
access to scholarships and financial aid programs

An effective placement cell works in the college to guide students to suitable

ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL (Vimukthi)

Anti-Narcotic cell is constituted to ensure drug free campus. The cell organizes
awareness programs in campus with the help of government authorized agencies.

ANTI RAGGING SQUAD

Mr. THOMACHAN T (Physical Education Trainer)
An Anti -Ragging Committee and an Anti -Ragging squad are constituted in the
college, to prevent ragging, a cognizable offence. Committee monitors the anti-
ragging activities in the institution, considering the recommendations of the anti-
ragging squad and take appropriate decisions.

ED CELL

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) is an initiative aimed at nurturing
the entrepreneurial mindset among students. It provides resources, guidance, and

Nature Club promotes, monitor and operate the environmental and sustainable
activities in the society, starting from college campus. It promotes environmental
awareness among all sections of society, spreading environmental education among
students.

TOURISM CLUB

Tourism club organize a variety of activities to promote tourism and educate students about its socio-economic significance. It encourages the travel mentality of the students and promotes potential tourist spots
